I have been a patient for a few years. The dentists, nurses and other members of the team have always been professional and friendly. I feel that the standard of care has been high. For urgent treatment, I have typically been seen within two or three hours of ringing up. Excellent all round!

There is always a warm welcome from the reception team and nurses at Newton Dental which goes a long way to make dental treatments more user friendly. I had neglected my teeth for a while and had convinced myself I was scared of going to the dentist. When I eventually summoned the courage, I was treated with respect and encouraged to work out a plan of treatment with Olivia and Becky/Ashley at Newton Abbot Dental. My teeth were photographed, scanned, cleaned for the first time in years and problems were identified. My questions are always answered, I do not feel patronised, I feel I am treated as an individual and the care I have recieved has been wonderful. There is humour and laughter in the surgery taking away the seriousness and the anxiety I had imagined would be the case.We are currently working through a treatment plan at my pace, which again , there is no pressure. If you are sitting on the fence take the plunge. This is a warm and caring environment from the moment you are greeted at reception to the moment you leave and all the subsequent follow ups.

I required emergency treatment today and I could not fault the care and attention, professionalism and manner to which I was offered. From Grace and Lily at reception to the treatment received from Dr. Chris and nurse Ashley. I have recently moved here and I will be joining Newton Abbot Dental as a patient along with my family. I highly recommended this practice. 10/10
