Team Member

Kelly is a qualified Dental Nurse who joined the Newton Abbot Dental team in September 2022.
Kelly became Lead Dental Nurse at Newton Abbot in March 2023, and works closely with Emily the Practice manager, to ensure the practice is compliant, and the team and the patients are all happy.
She has experience in many aspects of dentistry including Oral Surgery, cosmetic dentistry, simple orthodontics, and community dentistry. Kelly has gained her Radiography qualification and is an NEBDN mentor for trainee dental nurses.
Kelly started off in general practice but then moved to Peninsula dental school in an educational role which involved supporting and teaching Undergraduate Dental students, nursing, and organising MSc postgraduate sessions. Kelly also nursed within the schools Community Dental clinic which she found extremely rewarding.
In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her young Daughter and her pony, partner, dog and competing her own Horse Joe.
